Treat yourself to an afternoon of movement, creativity, and connection. We’ll begin with a gentle Pilates session designed to release tension and energize your body. Afterwards, enjoy a cozy break with herbal tea and banana bread, before diving into a fun and relaxing tote bag painting workshop.

• 50-min Pilates session for all levels, guided by Jessi Manurung
• Creative Tote Bag Painting workshop, guided by Adelina Malekova, Octo Events 
• Tea & banana bread break 
• All materials provided – no experience needed!

No experience needed—just come as you are! You’ll leave with a custom hand-painted tote bag and a refreshed mind and body. Whether you come solo or with a friend, this event is the perfect way to welcome spring with creativity and self-care.
