Power Breath I 360º Breathwork with Claudia Schachenmann

Claudia's Breathwork Sessions are designed for everyone seeking a 360º approach to mental, emotional, physical strength, alongside spiritual connection - supporting both vitality for longevity, clarity and mental strength for long-term success.

Join for a clarifying, energizing, and centering breathwork experience this May. We’ll use Conscious Connected Breathing - a powerful technique that helps you reset, release, and realign 🌬️

No prior experience needed - just an open mind and the willingness to reconnect with your power.

 

The Technique: Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB)

CCB is a form of holotropic breathwork, originally developed in the 1960s by psychiatrist Stanislav Grof. The term holotropic comes from the Greek words holos (whole) and trepein (moving toward), meaning “moving toward wholeness.” This reflects CCB’s ability to integrate different dimensions of well-being - mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

It has been scientifically linked to health benefits such as slowing heart and breathing rates, lowering blood pressure, improving oxygen delivery to blood and cells, aiding digestion, and helping eliminate fat and toxins and by that supporting longevity. CCB helps the body process emotions, clear mental blocks, and strengthen physical resilience - allowing you to live with greater energy, clarity, and connection. 

How does it work? 

CCB works through a dynamic breathing pattern - focusing on a full, conscious inhale and a soft, shorter exhale. It activates different areas of the brain and body than in everyday breathing, allowing body awareness, emotions, and memory to emerge and bringing you into altered states of consciousness where your inner wisdom activates its own healing and transformational power.

In a safe and supported space, the breath naturally leads you to the aspects of yourself that are ready to be processed - allowing profound insight and growth.

Claudia guides transformation unlocks potential and creativity, by methodically steering the process on a mental, physical, emotional, and energetic level. She has a background in Mental- & Transformation Coaching, Breathwork (Certified 400h Breathwork Facilitator), Yoga, Emotional Intelligence, Art- and Innovation Management. She is an International Leadership Mentor and Strategist.

 

Preparation

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. Ensure you are well hydrated prior to the session and have some water ready for after the session. Please don't eat 90min before. Please bring a journal and some pens. An Email with detaild instructions will be sent prior to the event. 

Important

While breathwork can be beneficial for many, there are conditions where caution or avoidance may be necessary: history of seizures or epilepsy, first trimester of pregnancy, detached retina / any eye condition or psychotic episodes.
