Sonic Rade

Sonic Rade is a Swiss indie-rock band based in Geneva, formed in 2010. The lineup features Ricardo Ryan (lead vocals, guitars), Christian Fonjallaz (bass guitar, backing vocals), and Pascal J. Kramer (drums, sequences). With members from Canada, USA, Switzerland, and France, their diverse backgrounds shape an international blend of influences reflected in their distinctive percussive sound.

The trio debuted in 2013 with „Let It Out“, released on the Italian label VDM Records. Their second album, „Sideways“, earned critical acclaim and received four First Round nominations at the 59th Grammy Awards in 2017. The self-titled third album followed in 2019, they released their fourth album, „Acacias“, featuring their hit single „Masquerade“ in 2023. The 4th album of Sonic Rade „Acacias“ was released in March 2023.

Berlin​​:
​The upcoming fifth album „Berlin“ that the band already started to play live was recorded at the legendary Meistersaal, former Hansa Studio in Berlin – Known for hosting icons like David Bowie, Iggy Pop, U2, and Depeche Mode. Sonic Rade teamed up with the Emil Berliner Studio and sound engineer/co-producer Philip Krause (Sting, Hollywood Vampire, Anna Netrebko… ) to record this upcoming album that you can hear live.

Sonic Rade brings a wealth of touring experience, their live shows are dynamic and engaging, delivering a night of captivating music and energy.
