Gaga/people & Dance Party

Gaga/people (1h) classes offer a framework for users to connect to their bodies and imaginations, experience physical sensations, improve their flexibility and stamina, exercise their agility and explosive power, and enjoy the pleasure of movement in a welcoming, accepting atmosphere.

All bodies welcome and no background in movement necessary- it's for everyone who is curious and willing to play! 

The Dance Party (45m) is an extension of "the last song" in a Gaga/people class. Participants dance together in low-light to a mix of juicy, groovy, and savage tunes, creating our own safe dance club. A search for, a journey of, pleasure. Participants are also invited to add songs that move them to a Spotify playlist before class, or to request songs in the moment. A link to the playlist will be sent to participants a few days before the start of class.
