IAB Runs Badener Limmat-Lauf

IAB supports Health and Fitness. 

This year, as part of the "Horn Ok Please" HOP series, we are encouraging members to take part in the Badener Limat-Lauf. In a unique opportunity, IAB will be contributing portion of the registration fees to encourage maximum participation. 

Categories of Limmat Run 2025
1.Holzbrugg Run 2.19 KM  Start Time 11 AM
Registration fee 22 CHF, IAB Contribution 5 CHF and Participant Contribution 17 CHF

2.Double Holzbrugg Run  4.08 KM  Start Time 12 PM
Registration fee 35 CHF, IAB Contribution 10 CHF and Participant Contribution 25 CHF

3.Limmat-Lauf 13.2 KM  Start Time 2 PM
Registration fee 39 CHF, IAB Contribution 15 CHF and Participant Contribution 24 CHF

Members who would be interested, can register with IAB and IAB EC would consolidate and register collectively the members for the Marathon run.
